LTL Freight trucking is arranged for orders that can't ship ground. Items like display case, fragile items, or if items in cart exceed more than 150lbs.
Returns with in 14 days of delivery are accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
No returns on Mannequins, Body Forms, Display Cases, Custom Display Cases, Gondola Shelvings, Slatwall Merchandisers, Slatwall Panels, Glass Items and Custom Projects.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost.
All returns are subject to a 20% inspection, re-boxing and re-stocking fee
Any merchandise received damaged will not be credited.
