Delivery

How long will it take to deliver my product(s)? 

Please allow approximately 1 week to deliver.

 

Will you notify me when my product arrives? 

Once your order has been dispatched, your local courier service will notify you. 

 

Who delivers my item(s)? 

Your orders are delivered via local postal/courier service. Usually Royal Mail but a confirmation email will be sent to you.

 

Where do you ship from? 

We ship from Scotland. As a small business, we are only able to ship out to the UK only.

I entered my delivery address incorrectly, what do I do? 

Given the common occurrence of this, we have made it easy for our customers. Just email us your full name and correct address to displayitnow@gmail.com and we will update the shipping details for you. This must be done within 10 minutes of placing said order.

 

I entered my billing address incorrectly, what do I do? 

Billing addresses currently cannot be altered to prevent fraud. Please note that billing addresses are permanent once confirmed. 

 

Can I get refunds?

You may get a refund on your items. However, you will have to pay the return shipping fees if the items have not been sent damaged or an incorrect order has been received.
