Returns within 15 days of delivery are accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY

Contact Us and let us know the reason for return and we will send you a confirmation email to ship the goods back to us.

If the shipment was delivered by ground shipping method (Fedex, Ups), and the merchandise was received damaged, please contact us immediately for assistance.
If the shipment was delivered by LTL carriers, please mark all damages on BOL, take photos of the damages and contact us immediately for assistance.

Yes, we are capable to customize wood workings and metal displays.
We've done many wood tables, cash registers, display cases, glass cases.
Contact us and send us a picture of what you would like for us to quote and we will provide you with a quote and lead time

We have warehouses in NJ and CA, so orders can get picked up.
Orders must be placed and we can set you up for a pick up at one of our warehouse where inventory is available

If you send a live chat messsage during non working hours, we will reply back to you during normal business hours.

In stock merchandise is fulfilled either the same or next business day.
Customers will receive and order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email with tracking once the order is shipped.

Yes, there are volume discounts on bulk orders.

If the items are in stock, normally we ship on the same day so please drop us an email or call us immediately so we can edit or cancel the order. If the order has already been shipped, prior to your notification, you can return the merchandise, however, there will be a 20% restocking fee. Please notify us via email of your return request. Customer is responsible for the return shipping. You will be refunded back the original receipt minus the restocking fee upon inspection of merchandise.

We are heavily stocked on over 1,000’s of items. We ship from our NJ and CA warehouse.

- Ground orders that are in stock & ready to ship, we provide fast same day shipping. Ground orders usually have a 1-2 day lead time to ship out of our warehouse.
- LTL Trucking orders that are in stock & ready to ship, usually have a 1-3 day lead time to ship out of our warehouse.
- Orders received on the weekend or holidays are shipped on the next working business day.
- Tracking information is emailed once order is shipped. If you have any issues tracking feel free to email or call us and we will assist you.

- Returnable: All items EXCEPT custom made items, glass display cases, mannequins, body forms, glass shelves, wood shelves are returnable
- Contact us to process your return. Returns must be advised within 10 days of receiving the order.
- Customers are responsible for the original & return shipping cost.
- Upon receival of the merchandise, there is a 15% restocking fee.
- Only STORE CREDIT is available

- When you receive the LTL Trucking order, it is the customers responsibility to check for damages, mark the damages on the BOL while driver is there. Please take photos of the damage and refuse the shipment. Email us of the damages and send us photos of the damages. We will send a replacement. Driver can wait wile you inspect, so inspect and sign the BOL if it is “ok” or refused and mark “received damaged”.
- For LTL Shipments, a separate email is sent to customers with instructions when receiving LTL shipments.
- Failure to document any damages or shortages, waives the right to any replacement or refund.
- Now Displays requires that we be made aware of any damages & shortages within 48 hours of delivery.

Yes, you can pick up from our CA or NJ warehouse. Orders must be placed in advanced and pick up must be scheduled. Please contact us after you choose the “Pick Up” option to schedule pick up time.

Contact Us and we will try our best to match a competitor’s pricings if the product is the same and not sold on Ebay or Amazon.

If you have bulk orders, we offer competitive volume discounts. Email us the SKU and quantities and we will provide a volume quote.

1. Do you offer custom fabrication?
- We make glass display cases, wood display cabinets, wood furniture, wood reception desks, metal fabricated displays all Made in the US. Not only retail, but also residential creations are welcomed. We are experienced in customer closets, kitchen cabinetry, storage organization cabinets and more.

2. Can you assist with store installations?
- Absolutely ! We are capable of design, building and installation of your new store or remodeling of your store. We are able to provide ready to ship retail store supplies, custom-made retail fixtures that you need, construction of your interior and install.

3. Can you customize glass display cases & wood cabinets?
Yes, we can customize glass display cases & wood cabinets with different finishes, sizes, and lighting systems. We can add RGB lights or neon lights to glass display cases and make them in various sizes as your store measurement requirements. Email us a photo of what you need and we can review and advise a quote.

4. Do you offer store visits to measure store, interior & construction consultation?
We offer this site visits to NYC 5 Boros, Long Island & NJ customers. There is a small refundable consultation fee for this service (depending on location minimum $400 ~). If you decide to work with us, this fee will go towards the project.

5. Do you offer 3D drawing of store layout?
Yes, we offer a 3D store layout for all construction related projects. There is a small refundable fee. $300 service fee for initial drawings with one update. If you decide to work with us, this fee will go towards the project.
