Same Day Shipping
All in-stock orders placed during business days (Mon. - Fri.) before 2pm EST, will ship out the same day.

Where Do We Ship From
Our products are shipped either from NJ or CA depending on where the Ship To location will be. We always ship from the warehouse that is the closest to the Ship To location.

Available Shipping Methods
• Ground shipments we use UPS and Fedex
• LTL Freight carrier we use
• Messenger Service is offered for our local customers that is near our NJ warehouse. If the Ship To location is eligible for this service it will show as an option during checkout.
• Same Day Delivery is available to local customers in NYC, Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, Staten Island and local NJ and CT cities. Call Us for more information

What to Do When A Shipment Arrives
• Ground Shipments- Check & Inspect the package. All damaged or manufactured defects must be notified 5 days upon receiving merchandise in order to receive store credit or exchange.
• LTL Freight/Messenger Service- Check & Inspect the shipment (before the delivery driver leaves, when possible). If any damages are found, please mark the damages on the BOL.
Call us at 718-661-3331 within 5 business days in order for us to file a claim and provide a resolution.
Do Not Return Damaged Merchandise.

Transit Days
• Shipping days & lead times include weekdays only.
• Ground shipping expedited services are guarantees unless weather-related delays. In this case, refund will not be given for late deliveries.
• LTL Freight orders, transit days are not guaranteed.
• Once orders ship, all tracking information is emailed for customers to track their orders.
